Who We Are

Somali Community in Hamilton is a charitable organization committed to supporting low-income youth and underserved communities with access to sports, recreation, mentorship, and programs that promote personal growth, academic achievement, and community engagement. Our mission is to provide education, counseling, and support services for Somali immigrants and refugees in need, including language instruction, employment training, job search programs, translation services, and information programs on Canadian culture and life. We strive to create a community where families and youth are strong, resilient, and have access to the resources and support they need to reach their full potential.
